Consultation process
Before asking for any behavioural treatment, you should get your cat thoroughly examined by your trusted veterinarian, as behavioural abnormalities can be due to physical illnesses or ailments which are often difficult to identify at first.
Questionnaire
If you decide to get a consultation, please fill out a questionnaire first. This helps to explain some details about the problem and serves as preparation for a home visit. You can fill it in online or download it as a PDF file and then send it by e-mail or post. I will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Home visit
In most cases, a home visit is the best way to be able to assess the problem. First we will asess the everyday life of the cat in the family and its environtment, then we will discuss possible therapeutic measures. In case this is not possible, you would record videos of specific situations and I would assess them. You will then get a written therapy plan.
