You can fill it in online or download it as a PDF file and then send it by e-mail or post. I will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Home call

A home visit is recommended in most cases in order to assess the problem. First we will discuss the environment and everyday life of the cat in the family, and then we will discuss possible therapeutic measures. Soe also get the therapy plan in writing.
